WeakSauce is the habit of getting honest.
Not performative.
Not polished.
Just real.
WeakSauce is the habit of
getting honest.
Not performative.
Not polished.
Just real.
It’s noticing the gap between who you are and who you could be and choosing to close it, one small action at a time. This isn’t about guilt. It’s about growth.
And it starts when you’re ready to get honest.
The best part is:
It’s simple.
And anyone can do it.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need more honesty.
You don’t need more motivation.
You need more honesty.
I’ve created a small pocket guide that walks you through The WeakSauce Practice, what it is, how it works, why it matters, and how to start.
No fluff. No filler. Just honest self-reflection and simple steps that punch above their weight.
This isn’t a “feel good” read. It’s a callout disguised as a handbook.
Something to carry, revisit, and use when your excuses get loud.
Grab the guide.
A short 30-minute read.
Easy to finish.
Harder to ignore.

About the Author

Patrick Lehoux
I’ve spent the last 30 years building things, businesses, products, habits, identities. Some took off. Some fell flat. Even my last startup going bankrupt after seven years of hard work.
All of it taught me something.
I’ve launched things I’m proud of. Made bets that didn’t pay off. And learned what happens when you avoid the truth for too long.
The idea for WeakSauce didn’t come during a win.
It showed up when everything felt like it was falling apart.
No more hype. No more pretending.
Just a quiet voice saying,
“You’ve drifted. Get back to it.”
That voice saved me. I started showing up differently, not because I had the answers, but because I was finally willing to step up.
WeakSauce became the
name for that process.
A mindset I use to stay in the game.
A standard I return to when I want to level up.
Want to get to know me a little more?
I gave a TEDx talk back in 2014 about chasing big ideas and trusting your instincts. That version of me was early in the climb, curious, raw, and still learning what resilience really means.
I’m not a coach. Not a guru.
Just someone who believes self-awareness is the real flex and growth starts with getting honest.
If that hits,
you’re in the right place.
